I just got back from a little vacation. It does feel good to get away for a little bit. We met my sister and her husband and my mom and dad in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and then proceeded to travel up through Yellowstone National Park. We were in Cody, Wy, for the fourth of July where we got together with some old friends. Carter did excellent travelling in the car, but he especially liked the water falls and geysers. Praise be to God for family and safety during a great time. (Bonnie and I got sick, but we still had fun).
You were in Cody for the 4th?!?!?!? I wonder if I saw you amongst all the other out-of-towners… 🙄
Regardless, it is good to hear that you enjoyed your time in the best place to spend the 4th. BTW, you’ve not heard our local fireworks display until you’ve heard it from inside the Wal-Mart.
Wish we were there. Looks like so much fun!! I miss those trips through the park.

[…] Next- – -a story about another link and subscription addition. I visited Matt Johnson’s blog the other day and read that he had met up with some of his family in Cody over the 4th. I commented, then later on he gets a comment from his sister (though at the time, I was not 100% sure; changing last names does that). I see she has a blog, so I jump over and visit her new blog.
